Milos Teodosic not only led Serbia to the U20 European Championship Men crown, the play-maker also was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player.

The 20-year-old point guard, who will participate in the senior national team's training camp for the 2007 EuroBasket, tallied 22 points and dished out five assists in Serbia's 87-78 victory over Spain in Sunday's final.

He was tossed up and down by his team-mates after receiving the trophy.

"What can you say about him. He's the MVP," said his coach Vlada Vukoicic.

"He controls the game very, very well. He knows how to put everyone in their spot. But he also keeps his cool. He doesn't let his temper get out of control," said Greece coach Manos Manousselis of Teodosic.

"Against Italy that could have been easy to do. But he didn't, and that is a sign of his leadership."

For the eight games, Teodosic averaged 15.4 points - second-best on his team, 2.4 rebounds and a tournament-best 5.4 assists.

Besides Teodosic, rounding out the remainder of the All-Tournament team - chosen by coaches and selected media - were Russian guard Alexey Shved, Italian small forward Luigi Da Tome, Serbian power forward Dragan Labovic and Spanish center Xavier Rey.
